I voted clean shaven, but I would like to elaborate. I think that when he first appears to the Jews he will have a beard, that he will be recognized, but when he appears to the gathered saints he will be clean shaven. I really have no clue, and don't put any weight in my answer, but it's the thought that popped in my head.
I have not answered, because I can't decide. I have no idea. I'm leaning towards beard, just because that's probably what he had in real life. And because S-Boogie keeps wanting to watch that "Finding Faith in Christ" video on Sunday and I think the beardless Jesus in that looks a little weird to me. (She also calls it the "scary Jesus" movie because it has the crucifixion scene. But she still wants to watch it anyways.)
It's sorta funny, this question, don't you think? Most of the people that I've talked to hadn't ever really thought of this before. I worked at the MTC for who knows how long, so I got to hear lots of debates like this--and this one specifically. The real reason why I find this fascinating? I think that this discussion portrays how we view current cultural trends as per eternal truths. I think we're trying to separate our temporal culture from the eternal. But then our culture gets in the way and makes us stop and think, and perhaps question our present situation or how we view our faith in reference to cultural "truths." It's interesting to me.
I vote clean shaven. Here is why. I really like what Venom said about cultural trends and eternal truths. While shaving is DEFINITELY not an eternal truth, the church DOES place importance on certain cultural trends. In the church today shaving is encouraged and almost required for those in leadership positions. Now I do not think that he would have to be clean shaven, nor do I think it would be wrong for him to be otherwise, but I do think that he would follow the trends that are present in the church today by being clean shaven.

I think beard, because he has one in most of the depictions I've seen. My opinion is based on the imagination of artists!
what an odd question. and frankly, who cares what color it will be. van, we need to get you some hobbies. ;)
I can't see the question, but from the answers I think I know what we're talking about. I'm going with beard.
